RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Hempwholesaler.com (Bandit Distribution PA, LLC), we are committed to providing high-quality compliant hemp products. As a B2B wholesaler, our return policy is stricter than standard retail policies to maintain low prices and product integrity.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility (Defective Items Only)

All Sales Are Final. We do not accept returns for unsold merchandise, buyer’s remorse, or changes in customer preference.

Returns are only accepted in cases where the item is defective or materially different from what was ordered.

  • Timeframe: You must request a return for defective merchandise within 10 days of delivery.

  • Condition: All returned products must be new, unused, and in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact. Items with broken seals or tamper-evident tape removed are not eligible for return.

2. Regulatory & Legal Disclaimer (November 2026)

The hemp industry is subject to rapidly changing federal and state regulations.

  • Buyer Responsibility: We are not responsible for changes in your local, state, or federal laws after your purchase. Returns will not be accepted due to legal changes in your jurisdiction.

  • Future Legislation (Nov 2026): Buyer acknowledges awareness of pending federal legislation (effective approx. Nov 2026). Inventory purchased prior to regulatory changes cannot be returned if it becomes non-compliant due to new laws. It is the buyer’s responsibility to manage their inventory levels in anticipation of these deadlines.

3. Damages & Shipping Issues (72-Hour Rule)

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

  • Reporting Window: Issues regarding damaged goods, missing items, or incorrect shipments must be reported within 72 hours of the delivery timestamp.

  • Required Evidence: To process a claim, you must provide clear photos of:

    1. The damaged product.

    2. The shipping box and packaging materials (Do not discard these).

  • Security & Packing: We use security tape and take detailed photos of orders before they leave our warehouse to guarantee integrity. We reserve the right to cross-reference your claim with our pre-shipment records.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are never eligible for return:

  • Heat-Sensitive Items: Gummies, chocolates, or edibles melted during transit (unless Expedited Shipping was used).

  • Clearance/Sale Items: All discounted or "Sale" items are final sale.

  • Opened Products: Any product with a broken seal.

  • Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases.

5. How to Start a Return

To request a return authorization (RMA), contact us at info@hempwholesaler.com.

  • Do not send items back without approval. Unauthorized returns will be refused or discarded without refund.

Shipping Costs:

  • Defective/Wrong Items: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

  • Customer Error/Refusals: If a return is approved as a special exception (or if a package is refused upon delivery), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to resolve an issue is to return the eligible item (once approved) and place a separate order for the new item.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Bank Processing: Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
